Setting up & Managing a production studio:

  • Studio management (staff & budget management)

  • The studio consisted of 10-15 staff members, including producers, directors and editors.

  • The work included setting up the studio (purchasing production and computing equipment), sorting and training staff, budget management, including collaborations with external production companies.

  • Leading projects at all stages: pre-production (research, writing and creative), production, post-production (online, offline and animation).
